Why Ohio Sucks

This pair of signs, located on Interstate 271/480 southeast of Cleveland, illustrate why the state of Ohio sucks. This is an urban area; in rural areas, cars are permitted to travel at 65 mph, but trucks (the sign actually reads “VEHICLES OVER 4 TONS EMPTY WT./NON-COMM. BUSES”) are only permitted to travel at 55 mph statewide. (And these speed limits are STRICTLY enforced by the Ohio State Highway Patrol, as much of Ohio’s road revenue comes from fines assessed for traffic infractions.)
