Another shot of Marquette from the summit of Mt. Marquette. I pivoted a bit toward the east to take this one. Downtown Marquette is at center, and the road running toward it is US 41. The residential area at center-right is one of the U.P.’s more desirable and costly ones. In front of that, sticking out into the harbor, is another iron ore dock; that one, however, is no longer used, and all ore is shipped from the one at Presque Isle.
