Beef-A-Roo is an Illinois and Yooper burger chain with only 11 locations, according to my research. Their menu is similar to what people in other parts of the country might find at a Roy Rogers or Hardee’s/Carl’s Jr.. Only the three locations I know of in the U.P. feature this sign, with this very gay-appearing cowboy (the high-step gives it away).
